Philosophy of Care at Minneapolis Therapy and Marriage Counseling

"It is other life; it is love, which gives your life meaning. This is harmony. We must discover the joy of each other, the joy of challenge, and the joy of growth."
~ Mitsugu Saotome

These words evoke a sense of longing. We search for love, joy, harmony and growth in our lives. We desire a life that matters; one with purpose. In every stage of life we crave completeness and unity. Yet, life’s meaning is revealed in the process of living. Development of deeper relationships with ourselves and others creates wholeness. Therapy and spiritual growth are tools to attain this state.

The clinicians at Minneapolis Therapy and Marriage Counseling, Janette Ayd, a licensed clinical psychologist and Molly Cavanagh, a licensed independent clinical social worker, will assist you in finding solutions, overcoming obstacles, and living the life you want.

At some time everyone needs assistance in dealing with the challenges of living. We offer a process-based methodology and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you change the way you view the world and, hence, take control of your actions and behavior. We hope to engender security and ease in your therapy experience through our down-to-earth, non-judjmental approach.
